My favorite carry handgun is my Walther PPK/S single action .380.  It's light, small and fits my hands really well.  It is easy to conceal. This pistol, also known as the James Bond gun, has a 7 round magazine.  I splurged and got the Crimson Trace Grip.

What do you carry?

I haven't gotten my concealed weapon license just yet. I have been thinking about it though. What exactly are the steps to getting one?

First you have to find out what the carry laws are in your state.  I have a non-resident conceal carry permit, and I can carry only in those states that have reciprocity with the state that issues my permit. I mostly conceal carry on my own property, though. I conceal carry on my property because I don't want to scare the neighbors or the mailman. If your state allows conceal carry, you usually can get the application from your local Police Department.  They will explain the steps involved to you.  From there you can find out what states besides your home state you can legally carry in.  Good luck! Thank you for the information firefly. I wasn't really sure where I had to go to get the application. I will have to go down to the local station and see what is required.
