The Bwabwata Hunting Concession is inside the Bwabwata National Park, previously known as the Buffalo Game Park - (the best big game area in Namibia.)

The concession is an unfenced area of 700 000 acres. It stretches from the eastern banks of the Okavango river 60 miles to the east. The concessions Northern boundary is the border between Namibia and Angola. On the Angolan side is the Luiana gamepark. The Southern boundary is the border between Namibia and Botswana, in Botswana the area is the upper Okavango delta.

What makes this area even more attractive is the fact that it was not hunted for the past 3 years. Hundreds of elephants roam this area throughout the year and buffalo herds of up to 1000 can be seen on the floodplains. Big sable and roan trophies are also easy to find. Leopards sightings during the day are common. Hippos and crocodiles can be seen daily.

One of our clients shot an elephant bull in this area with the longest tusk measuring in Namibia ,7 and a half feet, as well as a buffalo with a spread of 47 inches. This is one of only three areas in Namibia where you can hunt inside a game park and compare with the best areas in Botswana and Tanzania.

The quality and availability of throphies is outstanding. All the other big game hunting areas in Namibia is in densely populated conservancy concessions.
